Where We Ship From
All orders are prepared and dispatched from our boutique workshop in Taipei City, Taiwan.
Payment InformationPurchases made through our store will appear on your credit card or PayPal statement as “Light of Ki” or “Palo Santo Eastern Co.”.
International ShippingWe currently ship via International Registered Post to the following destinations:
Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Kuwait, Macao SAR, Malaysia, New Zealand, Oman, Peru, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, and United Arab Emirates.

At this time, we do not ship to the European Union, the United States, or the United Kingdom due to customs, tax, and tariff requirements that we are currently unable to estimate or collect at checkout.
We deeply appreciate your understanding and continued support of our small, family-run studio.
Orders shipped outside Taiwan may be subject to import duties or local taxes once they reach your destination country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot estimate these costs, as they vary by country.
If customs requires documentation, please use your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Items listed as pre-order are not currently in stock and will ship once available.
The estimated dispatch date is shown on each product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all products will ship together once the pre-order is ready.
If you prefer to receive available items sooner, please contact us at hello@lightofki.com — a second shipping fee may apply.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please monitor your parcel’s progress directly with the carrier.
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-sending.
In rare cases, parcels may be delayed, lost, or stolen.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office first — it may still be in transit or awaiting pickup.
If your parcel cannot be located, email us at hello@lightofki.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Each Palo Santo piece is unique in its grain, tone, and aroma.
Natural variations are part of its authenticity and craftsmanship, so your product may differ slightly from the photographs shown online.
We accept claims for faulty or damaged products within 24 hours of delivery.
Please email hello@lightofki.com with photos clearly showing the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may:

Request that the item be returned to our workshop before issuing a replacement.
We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of purchase.
